Communicate Anytime, Anywhere

Corporate

Voice Mobility was founded in 1998 with a mission to develop and market messaging applications for the service provider, enterprise and hosted markets. Twelve years later, after multiple ups and downs in the market, we have built a world class unified messaging platform, the UCN 250, that is Linux based, highly scalable, and software partitionable. The UCN 250 provides an ideal platform for the future as the concept of Unified Communications takes hold in both premise based and Hosted or UMaaS offerings. Key benefits include a seamless migration path from legacy messaging platforms like Octel Sierra and Aria, Nortel and others; open APIs to integrate to other new communication platforms such as Voice Recognition, Presence and IM engines or mobile devices; and backend integration into various BSS (Business Support Systems) or OSS (Operational Support Systems).

To date over 35 million dollars has been invested in building a product that compliments new technology and applications and provides a vital piece of the collaboration puzzle. The UCN 250 has been tested by leaders in the industry we have worked with over our 12 year evolution. These 3rd party assessments illustrate our products capability to deliver highly scalable voicemail, caller applications and unified messaging applications to over 1.5 million subscribers on a single platform. Our flexible deployment options, and our commitment to using best in class partners for complimentary applications and hardware allows the UCN 250 to be efficiently deployed in environments requiring anywhere from a few thousand to greater than a million mailboxes.

Today Voice Mobility and the UCN 250 have emerged as a strong contender in the UMaaS / Hosted markets. We have large enterprise customers running in the carrier, education, government and health care verticals and we are forging new relationships with leaders in the UMaaS / Hosted markets. Analysts like GartnerĀ® are predicting sharp increases in the UMaaS markets of the coming years. Voice Mobility and its flagship product the UCN 250 will be there to enhance and grow your messaging options.
