VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA
November 29, 2007

Voice Mobility International, Inc. (TSX: VMY, OTCBB: VMII and FWB: VMY), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier-grade enhanced messaging solutions, has strengthened its distribution network by partnering with DialPro Northwest. DialPro provides consultation, solutions design, implementation, systems integration, and ongoing support using the latest Unified Communications and speech technologies.

DialPro will market Voice Mobility' UCN 250 multi-partition Linux solution that can be deployed at a customer's premise - remotely managed or as a hosted configuration. The move is aimed at service providers such as executive office suites, voicemail service bureaus and rural telecommunications companies. This will enable DialPro to offer hosted and remotely managed communications services, such as voicemail and unified communications, either rented or purchased as an alternative to legacy voicemail systems. The expansion into this market is integral to DialPro's strategic plan to expand its offerings as a unified communications and voice solutions provider.

"We're pleased to add the Voice Mobility products to our communication technology solutions portfolio," said Dennis R. Tyler, president and CEO of DialPro Northwest. "Hosted and managed services are the next wave in business telecommunications, and adding Voice Mobility' product capabilities is a natural next step in our goal to provide the latest in voice messaging, unified communications and speech technology options for organizations of all types and sizes."

DialPro helps companies of all sizes increase employee productivity and improve customer relationships. DialPro Northwest has implemented hundreds of solutions in most vertical markets, in both the public and private sectors. Their vast support network allows for installation, service, and support solutions across the nation and across the globe.

"Voice Mobility continues to add well-respected, industry leaders to its network of resellers and distributors", said Randy Buchamer, CEO of Voice Mobility. "DialPro Northwest has been in the business of providing business solutions to the business market for almost 20 years. We are very excited to work with DialPro to sell our product line to their existing market and look forward to opportunities to sell messaging solutions to new markets, whether customer premise-based, managed or hosted by DialPro in their data center."
